What would the Christmas story look like if it happened today? The Magi might be 3 CEO’s from out East; Herod would be a mobster named Anthony King, owner of Herod’s; Zechariah & Elizabeth would be living in an assisted-living facility, hounded by the National Enquirer; and the Shepherds would be fast-food workers who struggle in life. The Wise Guys (the 3 CEO’s) travel to Bethlehem, Indiana, to meet the One, whom they’ve read about in Star Magazine. On their search for power, they find out that nothing is like they thought it would be.
Auditions are open to all ages 8 and up for this hilarious Christmas show.
Monday October 13th 6pm
Tuesday October 14th 6pm
Auditions will consist of a short reading from the script.
3 public performances:
December 4&5th at 7pm and 6th at 2.
Rehearsals will typically be Monday-Thursday 6-7:30.
