Synopsis: A Jukebox for the Algonquin is a play by Paul Stroili that centers around the residents of Placid Pine Senior Care Center and their desire for a jukebox to rekindle memories of their younger days. The play explores themes of friendship, community, and the enduring human spirit, highlighting the joy of embracing life’s later chapters with curiosity and zest. The residents’ pursuit of a jukebox leads to a series of comedic and heartwarming adventures.
Auditions will be October 28th & 29th.
Check in at 6:45, auditions will start at 7pm
Actors only need to attend one night of auditions.
We may have a callback after auditions on Wednesday the 29th. Please let us know if you are unable to attend callbacks.
Rehearsals will likely be Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays, but could change depending on Actor availability. Please come to auditions with a list of any conflicts you may have.
