ABOUT:
Converge is a 3-company production spotlighting the next generation of dance companies in the Twin Cities. Amez Dance, Analog Dance Works and Ruby Josephine Dance Theater come together in a synergistic collaboration to create 3 new explorational contemporary dance works with a shared cohort of local movers, uplifting values of community, connection and opening up doors and perspectives for both dance artists and audiences.
We are searching for 7 dancers to be a part of this project. Movers of all different dance backgrounds are welcomed and encouraged to audition, however we are looking for those with strong skills in contemporary. Dancers will be cast in all three company works and must be available for the entirety of the rehearsal process.
Important Information:
-Performance dates: July 18-20, 2025
-Tech rehearsals: July 14-17 *Specific times TBD
-Rehearsals: Wednesdays 5-8pm and Sundays 10am-1pm, January 2025-July 2025
-Pay Rate: $20/hr for rehearsals and performances
