As most of you may know, Amanda Kelly, Corey Clyke and their daughter Baillie were involved in a serious accident on the Myra road at the end of January, to which the life flight was involved. Corey was struck by a car while attending to their daughter in the back seat who was getting sick; Corey suffered life threatening injuries and Amanda & Baillie experienced major trauma. Thankfully, Corey is still with us here today, but unfortunately, it’s going to be a long road to recovery. With having to move to a whole new area for rehabilitation, to them both not being able to work due to needing to learn how to walk again and being the support each other need for themselves and their daughter, the journey will not be a fast one. In the next coming months they will be focusing on his rehabilitation (learning how to walk again), and dealing with the trials and turbulations situations like these endure.Although the healing process has begun, they need our support to navigate this challenging time, to which is why we're organizing this event to help them through this difficult period.
Please join us on June 1st at the Old No. 7 Restaurant & Sports Bar for an auction starting at 1 p.m. and a musical performance by Chad Doucette & The Five Arm Stud from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The event will feature a bidding auction, a 50/50 draw, and a time for Amanda and Corey to see everyone and our amazing community come together for them.
