They will be showcasing some of their brand new, favourite recipes, which you will get to TASTE TEST!!

Margo and Rosa are not vegan or vegetarian, and their goal is to change your mind set on how you start your meals. For example, rather than always starting with meat first, they will inspire and show you how to create your meals with plants and then add meat, poultry or fish on the side, as you choose.
While they take healthy living seriously, they love having a laugh, entertaining, and sharing their inspirational story. Rosa and Margo keep things simple in the kitchen, and all their recipes use cost-effective, unprocessed ingredients you are familiar with and have at home.??
They are experts in taking 'boring' ingredients and showing you inventive ways to make basics taste delicious through flavours, colours and textures.
