At this irresistibly fun sculpting event, our expert artists will guide you step-by-step to create a clay pot, using slab construction techniques! With your new-found hand-building pottery knowledge, you can then decorate your pot to your hearts content, or create other dishes, pencil holders, pots or trinket trays. Our clay is air-dry (so no need to cook it when you get home!), and you will be provided with all the tools you need. No previous experience necessary! Everyone is welcome and will have fun at this tactile clay event!
Drinks: No drinks are included in the ticket price, but drinks are available for purchase.
Food: Want to enjoy some delicious food? Wynyard Pavilion's menu will be available to purchase throughout the event.
What is Paintvine?
It’s a fun social painting class (or sculpting) where our artists will run you through step-by-step instructions on how to create your very own masterpiece in a fun and relaxed bar setting. Perfect for dates, catching up with mates or for meeting new friends!
We provide all the materials you need (high-quality canvas, acrylic paint, brushes). All you need to bring is your creative spirit (or find some at the bottom of a glass). At the end of the night you will leave with your own painting ready to hang up on your wall.
