THOR CEO James Carroll is the course trainer and a widely acknowledged authority on Light Therapy mechanisms, the dose and dose rate effects. He has published four papers with Michael R Hamblin Ph.D., collaborates with five other Harvard Medical School research groups and twenty other Universities around the world. James has co-authored three books with Mike Hamblin on PBM and he co-chairs the Mechanisms in Photobiomodulation conference with Mike at the Biomedical Optics Society conference too.
