The Highwic volunteer cooks recreate recipes that reflect the influence of ingredients from the Pacific Islands on baked goods. And they’re doing it in a Victorian kitchen using a Victorian coal range!Highwic is fortunate to have handwritten recipes from women in the Buckland family, many of which reflect the influence of ingredients from the Pacific Islands. Follow the delicious smell of authentic baking and witness the volunteer cooks at work in Highwic's kitchen.
