Wreathes Across America, Gary Sinise Foundation, and Travis Mills Foundation, Maine Paws for Veterans.
This event will be a Show, Shine & Swap to raise money for Veterans Causes within the State of Maine. This will
be a SHOW & SHINE event only, no operation of machines other than loading and unloading at the event.
Swap items must be SPORT RELATED ONLY, no exceptions.
Categories of Machines:
CROWD FAVORITE ATV,
CROWD FAVORITE UTV,
CROWD FAVORITE SxS,
CROWD FAVORITE Dirt Bikes
CROWD FAVORITE Vintage (20 yrs. And older, must be operational).
CROWD FAVORITE Pet Accessory
**Must have at least 10 machines participate in each category in order to award winners in each category.**
The Winning machine of each category will be awarded: $100 cash or Gift Certificate Equivalent, Framed
Winner Certificate; Tee-shirt.
The Overall Category will be PEOPLE’S CHOICE Winner, the machine that collects the most tickets for the day;
any category will win PEOPLE’S CHOICE.
The object of this event will be to sell voting tickets to the public attending; and participants and have the
spectators vote on the machines on display.
All voting tickets purchased will raise monies towards the
charities.
Voting tickets will be sold as follows:
$2 each,
3 for $5,
6 for $10,
12 for $15,
and 20 for $20
People’s Choice Pet Accessory category will be sold in the same format; every 100 of tickets sold for this
category we will donate $75 Maine Paws for Veterans
Central Maine Powersports has graciously offered to assist the event with a machine to Raffle.
A 2024 RZR 200 for children 10 years of age and up only. Accessories included and installed will be: Front half
windshield, Rear Window, Front & Rear Bumpers, Side Nerf Bars, Lighted Whips and 2 Helmets.
This is valued
at $9300.00. The winner may choose to exchange this machine for a $8,000.00 Gift Certificate to Central
Maine Powersports. Winner must be 18 years or older and will be responsible for picking up the machine at
CMPS. Birth Certificate must be shown at the dealership of the minor the machine is intended for to accept the
machine.
Tickets will be sold $20 each or 3 for $50
Participants:
Only operation of machines will be from the unloading point to showing area and back to loading area. NO
EXCEPTIONS.
Pre-Registration Entry Fee: $15 non-refundable, $35 with event Tee up to size XL, $40 2XL and larger. Preregistration ends April 5th 2024. Registration April 6th and after up to day of Event will be a $25 non-refundable
entry fee.
Extra Tee Events $20 each size small to XL; $25 sizes 2XL and larger.
Participants may begin set up at 8 am day of the event; their swap items must be placed in their assigned
showing area.
ATV Clubs:
$50 non-refundable Donation to the Charity Drive due by April 30th 2024
CLUBS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO HOLD THEIR OWN 50/50 RAFFLE
Clubs will be allowed to sell any Club related raffle tickets or club gear, Excellent opportunity for clubs to start
their yearly membership drive.
This will include a 10x10 space, 1 piece of Event Swag, must provide your own booth materials, 1 ticket for club
entry into a club $250 raffle. Must have 10 ATV Clubs registered to be able to award the $250 Club Raffle.
Club member registrations; anyone who signs up as a club member; return their club membership to the ticket
event station to receive an extra voting ticket up to 10 ticket entries.
On Site VENDORS: Must be SPORT RELATED (no exceptions)
$150 10x10 Spot Fee (nonrefundable DONATION) must pay pre-registration fee prior to April 5th 2024. If you
would like to purchase an Event Tee $20 for size Small up to XL, $25 sizes 2XL and up. $150 fee after April 6th if
space is available.
CHINESE RAFFLE (Event Supporters)
Will are seeking Event Supporters to donate cash or in-kind items to be raffled off with a Chinese Raffle item.
