Calling all mystic women seeking a one-stop experience that aims to bring your mind & body into it's most aligned state ❤📢

During this 4 hour experience, we will aim to improve body & energy alignment through a combination of Yoga & Pilates inspired movement with hands-on assist. Perfect for beginners, this flow will involve use of props (all provided), mat work & gentle stretching, as well as optimizing breathwork.

Afterwards, we will find a cosy spot, complete with blankets & bolsters (provided by venue), as your energy centres are aligned through guided visualisation & sound work such as the Gong & tuning forks. We will focus on improving flow of energy from the crown of the head to the feet, aiming to remove energy blocks.

We will end the day by releasing anything that we no longer need into the fire, ending with tea & snacks. Your gift bag from the day will have everything you need inside to go home & protect your energy so that you can maintain your blissful state 🙏

Sound healing is NOT suitable for those with pacemakers or during pregnancy.

If I do not hear from you, I will assume you are happy to go ahead with the practice in good health and take responsibility for your own wellbeing.

If you would like to cancel your booking, please let me know 2 WEEKS before the event if possible. If outwith this time period, you will not be guaranteed a refund as I may not be able to fill your space in time for the event. I will not be offering postponements in this particular event as it is a special event, thus there may not be another day to transfer your booking to if you cannot make it on the day. Please consider this before booking.

Refunds will NOT be offered for changes in your own personal schedule (e.g. you forgot you had something else booked before booking the event - please consider this first and foremost as this space could be allocated for another individual). I hope you can understand this and I understand emergencies do happen last minute. Please get in touch with me if this is the case.

If you have a pre-existing medical condition which you think may limit you later, please consider this before booking. However, I am happy to accommodate where possible and understand changes can happen on the day of the event. Your safety is the priority ❤️
