In this Somatic Sound Healing Journey, you’ll be guided through gentle somatic and breathwork practices designed to melt tension, regulate your nervous system, and invite your body into deeper presence - all while dropping into rhythmic drumming to awaken a natural trance state—one that opens the portal between the conscious and subconscious, allowing stuck energy to move and flow freely.
As your body softens and your spirit opens, you'll be cradled in a deeply restorative sound bath featuring gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. This is a space to ATTUNE—to your breath, your rhythm, your soul’s deeper knowing.
