World-renowned UK darkwave, industrial, and post-punk pioneers ATTRITION have released their long-awaited new album, ‘The Black Maria’ (Two Gods Records, March 2024), to widespread critical acclaim. Formed in 1980 in Coventry, England, ATTRITION are about to embark on their first ever tour to Australia in October-November 2024, and are excited to appear at Adelaide’s HOTEL METRO on Friday 25 October. ATTRITION are joined for tourdates across Australia by New South Wales industrial synth crust artist SCHKEUDITZER KREUZ, Canadian ritual-ambient/ethereal project SUBTERRANEA, and at Hotel Metro by Adelaide’s own post-punk/darkwave outfit THE COLD FIELD, and DJ Empusa (Club Necromancy, The Nest).
