ATTN REALTORS: REGISTER VIA NAVICATeach students about several of the legal aspects that agents managing rental property need to know including, but not limited to, where to reference Georgia’s Landlord Tenant laws, requirements for handling move ins, move outs, and security deposits, and several other state laws with which property managers must comply such as the Fair Housing, license law, trust accounting, workers compensation law, and dealing with unpaid water bills. References to each of these subjects will be provided to students for easy reference after class.
