Attic Flowers is a new play by Chloe Holmes, junior B.A. theatre major, holding its premiere reading in a concert format directed by Caroline Belangia, B.F.A. physical theatre major. This drama follows Dahlia, 17, a biracial woman struggling to uncover her identity. When she discovers secrets of her mother’s past, including events that led to her father’s death, Dahlia confronts her mother’s silence and the generational wounds caused by societal injustice.
