Mental Health and Substance Abuse Resource Fair & CE 2025
Come join us at The Simple Church Event Center, Boardwalk for a day filled with valuable resources and continuing education opportunities! This in-person event will feature various tables focused on mental health and substance abuse resources available in our community. Don't miss out on this chance to connect with professionals and learn about the latest trends and resources in the field. Mark your calendars now!
10am-11am ------Mental health and substance abuse resource fair for professionals only. This event is NOT open to the public as it is for professionals only (social workers, counselors, discharge planners, case managers, nurses, nursing home administrators, first responders, etc.). Participants may visit vendor tables.
11am-11:45am-----This year we will also offer a 2.0 hour CE on Trauma-Informed Care (approved for social workers, counselors and nursing home administrators).
11:45am-12:15pm------question and answer session; lunch served; participants visit vendor tables
12:15pm-1pm-----Presentation continued (Trauma Informed Care)
1pm-2pm -----Mental health and substance abuse resource fair. Participants may visit vendor tables. Evaluations completed. Certificates issued.
$10 registration includes lunch
All proceeds from this event will be donated to the United Way Dolly Parton Imagination Library and Men of Courage-Cumberland Ministry.
Participants may attend resource fair and not attend CE presentation and vice versa.
Certificates will only be issued to those professionals who attend the entire Trauma-Informed Care presentation. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
