About this Event
Many individuals desire more trust and open communication in their relationships but often face roadblocks such as misunderstandings and recurring conflicts. Despite their best efforts, these issues can lead to a cycle of tension, resentment and disconnection, making it difficult to achieve emotional closeness.
Join our workshop on attachment styles to explore the underlying factors that contribute to these frustrations. We’ll explore the four primary attachment styles—secure, anxious, avoidant, and disorganized—to help you understand how these patterns shape your approach to relationships. Additionally, you’ll gain insights into recognizing both your own attachment style and that of your partner, empowering you to navigate your relationships with greater clarity. You don’t need to be in a relationship to join!
