I have registered on Eventbrite, but I won’t be able to attend. What should I do?
Please cancel your registration on Eventbrite so that we can release your ticket to someone else who would like to attend.
I’m unable to register because the event is sold out on Eventbrite, can I still attend?
This means we are currently at full capacity. If you would like to attend, please keep an eye out on Eventbrite for more spaces. However, if you are unable to secure a ticket, we will be allowing non-registered attendees to register at the door (GMT) on a first-come-first-served basis.
What time do doors open?
Doors will open at 2:30pm and the event will start at 3pm. Please arrive early to allow time for registration and to secure your seats, tickets only guarantee you seats until 6pm after which ticket holders will be sat on a first-come-first-served basis.
Can I reserve seats for my friends/family?
Unfortunately, due to the high demand for spaces, you are unable to reserve seats. You’re advised to arrive with your friends & family in order to guarantee that you will sit together.
