Atma Kriya YogaAtma Kriya is a holistic system, which supports us to reconnect with our own essence and wake up our pure state of consciousness.
In this course we will receive a complete system with several practices to be incorporate in every day’s life, which enable gradual purification of body and mind and reconnection with our soul. With that purification our heart center starts to open to its full potential, we achieve inner balance, and being able to hear our inner voices, we develop the right intuition, allowing us to make the right choices in this life.
With the reconnection with our own essence, we consolidate positive qualities in our lives, such as Love, compassion, understanding, tolerance and we begin to experience the original relationship with life and ourselves, increasing our standard of living. It enables us to continue our journey as an individual active in life, more successful, and most importantly: established in Unconditional Love.
The wisdom of Atma Kriya comes directly from fully Realized Masters, and the power of all Kriya lineage is activate when we practice.
Practicing Atma Kriya is not only for our personal benefit, since we are all intrinsically inter connected, by practicing Atma Kriya we serve the world, people and nature, in several levels of our collective consciousness.

Yara Ulcay :
Yara Ulcay is a Senior Yoga Teacher with more than 30 years of Yoga journey.
She has been practicing and been trained by Yoga Masters all around the globe. Yara has found in Atma Kriya Yoga the essence of all Yoga Paths as this knowledge comes directly from Realized Masters, who she had the chance to meet in her own yoga path.
She had been submitted to highest preparations and received official certifications in this field. As an authorized teacher she always passionately shares with great joy Atma Kriya Yoga, as the highest of all practices.
The grace of the Journey is to find that which unfolds and fulfıls our individual Atma.
