Atlas Barbell's premier Strongman competition is open to all looking to put their strength & skill to the test.All events are "mystery", with specific details & implements of each unannounced until the day.
Athletes will carry, deadlift, press, lift stones and battle it out in a top secret event entirely shrouded in mystery.
The goal here is to have athletes testing their overall "general preparedness" no matter where they are in their training cycles.
Events will be setup so that everyone should at least be able to partially complete each lift, with rising weights, medleys & Max attempts.
set in the beautiful Kingston Beach and riding hot off the success of our last massive powerlifting event WRPF ATLAS CLASSIC we're hoping this day keeps the solid momentum going!
