The Academy trains for 6 certifications and ratings, professional development, immersive Atlas experience, as well as Certified Flight Instructor and high-performance aircraft time building.
Throughout the journey, cadets will get to know Atlas Air's dynamic and global culture, both in-person and through an exclusive online community. The Atlas Cadet Academy is in West Chicago at DuPage Airport (KDPA). Part 141 training is provided by Illinois Aviation Academy.

About Illinois Aviation Academy (IAA)
Located in West Chicago, IL, at DuPage Airport (KDPA), the Illinois Aviation Academy (IAA) is a part of Spartan Education Group, LLC, and has been training pilots for three decades. Today, IAA's training facility spans 30,000 square feet and houses a fleet of over twenty-five aircraft, including the Cessna 172s and Piper Aztecs.
