About this Event
This program explores Emotional Intelligence and its impact at work. You'll learn how understanding your own emotions and recognizing the emotions of others can lead to better communication, stronger teamwork, and improved results. Participants will come away with practical tools to support their work, strengthen relationships, and contribute to a more positive workplace culture.
The session is led by John Newton, a public speaker and expert in Human Resources and Learning and Development. With over 20 years of experience, John has helped both individuals and organizations reach their full potential. He also teaches at DePaul University and Northern Illinois University.
This engaging presentation is suitable for all library workers frontline to administrators.
