Each year the Atlanta Z3/Z4 Owners Club holds an event they call "Ken's Fall Colors Drive." This adventure is held at Maggie Valley in North Carolina. We'll drive down early on Wednesday, October 15 so that we can enjoy the trip down there. A highlight of our drive will be a run on the Tail of the Dragon, a portion of roadway that features 318 turns over an 11 mile span through the hills and mountains.
No hotel has yet been chosen for the overnight stay near the Tail of the Dragon, but this notice will be updated once we decide.
The host hotel, the Maggie Valley Creekside Lodge is sold out for this event, but other hotels can be found in the area if you google hotels in Maggie Valley.
We'll begin the day at 9:00 Wednesday at Mornings Breakfast & Brunch in McCordsville. Their address 5917 W Broadway, McCordsville, Indiana 46055.
We'll depart after a hearty breakfast.
