Sue Yeh Johnson and Becky Berry of Atlanta Women in AI are thrilled to present a session on leading through massive change - and we all know AI is ushering in unprecedented change in our world.
A reminder: This is a women only (and people who identify as women) Meetup.
Becky Berry, the co-founder of Atlanta Women in AI along with Sue Yeh Johnson, is a progressive feminist executive coach for women. She's done everything from owning a software company (and serving as the product owner) in the 80's, to publishing magazines, developing programs for non-profits, parenting, and teaching special ed.
She brings all these elements together as she coaches senior women leaders, female founders, and young female leaders. Becky works with women and people who identify as women, and, occasionally, she works with men that fit her model of Ally Leadership.
Becky has developed an updated model of leadership called "Ally Leadership."
After deciding the phrase "servant leader" was repellant to her, Becky realized that women provide a model of leadership that is best defined as being an ally. She's currently writing a book on the subject and will share her thoughts on why and how Ally Leadership is the robust leadership model for the 2nd quarter of the 21st century.
