Join us at Grant Park with your family and friends for IDF Walk for PI - Atlanta on Saturday, October 22! Upon your free registration, you'll be able to hear from inspirational speakers during our opening ceremonies, interact with fellow walkers, visit our sponsor and activity booths, and so much more. We'll have special buttons available for those diagnosed with primary immunodeficiency (PI) and a Walk Day incentive t-shirt. After you finish your walk, you can relax and enjoy this beautiful 131-acre park or explore the Historic Grant Park neighborhood that includes several restaurants, an art gallery, and Zoo Atlanta.
Why Walk?
One in ten Americans has a rare disease. While primary immunodeficiencies (PI) are some of the rarest of all, they still affect approximately ten million people globally. Even with treatment, most PI diagnoses don't have a cure. Fortunately, with a timely diagnosis and appropriate treatment, many people with PI can live full and independent lives, which is why it's so important to raise awareness.
