🕒 Event Schedule:

To ensure everyone gets a fair chance to shop local vendors, smell the perfumes, and make their trades, we will follow a structured timeline:

• 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM | Arrival, Check-In & Vendor Shopping
  Drop off your bottles at the front desk to get your tokens. While our team organizes the perfumes by fragrance family, grab a welcome drink, lite bites. mingle, and start exploring our local beauty and self-care vendor booths!
• 3:45 PM – 4:30 PM | The Browsing & Sniffing Phase
  The swap floor is open! Walk the tables, test the perfumes, and utilize our provided paper tester strips and coffee bean "nose reset" stations.
• 4:30 PM – 4:45PM | The "Dry Down" Break & Vendor Mingle
  All perfume spraying stops to give our noses a rest. Grab a snack, cocktail/mocktail, step outside for fresh air, or head back over to our vendor booths to shop skincare, wellness, and self-care goods while your fragrance strips dry down to their true base notes.
• 4:45 PM – 5:30 PM | The Selection & Swap Phase
  The swap officially begins! To prevent overcrowding at the tables, we will call guests up in small groups using a lottery system to make their final selections. Vendor booths remain open for shopping between rounds!
