Manga African Dance Inc. is proud to present the Atlanta Youth Rite of Passage Festival a vibrant and engaging concert night of performing arts by children. The annual festival will be held at D.T. Howard Middle School in Atlanta GA and is open to the public. Come and enjoy the beauty and diversity of our community as our young performers showcase their talents and creativity.
In addition to the concert we also offer dance and drum classes for those interested in learning. The classes are held at the Little Five Points Community Center (L5PPC 1083 Austin Ave. NE Atlanta GA 30307) from 1:00pm to 3:30pm and provide a fun and engaging environment to learn the basics of African dance and drumming. Join us and discover the joy of movement and rhythm in this rich and dynamic cultural tradition.
