This event is the perfect opportunity to support Black and minority-owned businesses in Athens. Shop from a variety of vendors offering art, fashion, food, beauty products, and more while enjoying live music, cultural performances, and networking opportunities.
May Day Celebration – Honoring Workers’ Rights
In collaboration with Beto the Activist, the AADM will honor workers rights. In solidarity with International Workers' Day (May 1st), we recognize the fight for fair wages, workers' protections, and economic justice. This segment of the event will feature:
Speakers & Activists – Speaker on labor rights, workplace equity, and community organizing
Music for Social Change – Performances that amplify the voices of workers and the community
A Call to Action! Whether you’re a small business owner, a worker advocating for justice, or a community member looking to engage, this event is for YOU!
