The Athens-area 2026 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Ecumenical Service will be held on Sunday, Jan. 18 at 4 p.m. at Oconee Street United Methodist Church, 595 Oconee Street. The MLK Jr. Ecumenical Service is facilitated each year by the Athens Area Human Relations Council, in partnership with the Interfaith Clergy Partnership of Greater Athens. We are very grateful and honored that our congregation has been invited to host this special service for our community. A light reception will follow in the fellowship hall. Parking is available across the street from the church, and in the parking lot at 717 Oconee Street.
