This class will be taught in English and translated into French.
Join Emma Roberts for an evening of deep dancing.
This open class is an invitation to return to the body as a place of listening, transformation, and connection.
Through movement we create space to meet what is present, to honour what is emerging, and to remember the sacred nature of our being.
A space for those who long to move with presence, heart, and freedom — whether you’re new to this work or returning home to it.
SPACE to dance / SPACE to play / SPACE for connection / SPACE for mystery / SPACE to re-connect to the simplicity of body, breath & movement.
🌀 No experience needed — just a willingness to show up and move.
Emma has been offering movement spaces in Paris for over 13 years, including 10 years of 5Rhythms. Her current work, Shaping the Invisible, is an evolving body of practice rooted in movement, embodiment, and spiritual inquiry.

Ce cours ouvert est une invitation à revenir au corps comme lieu d’écoute, de transformation et de connexion.
À travers le mouvement, nous créons de l’espace pour rencontrer ce qui est présent, honorer ce qui émerge, et nous souvenir de la nature sacrée de notre être. Un espace pour celles et ceux qui désirent se mettre en mouvement avec présence, cœur et liberté — que vous découvriez ce travail ou que vous y reveniez, comme à la maison.
Un espace pour danser / Un espace pour jouer / Un espace pour la connexion / Un espace pour le mystère / Un espace pour retrouver la simplicité du corps, du souffle et du mouvement.
🌀 Aucune expérience nécessaire — juste l’élan d’être là, de s’engager et de danser.
Emma propose des espaces de mouvement à Paris depuis plus de 13 ans, dont 10 années de pratique des 5Rythmes. Sa pratique, Shaping the Invisible, est ancrée dans le mouvement, l’incarnation et la quête spirituelle.
