Atelier Carrière - Trucs et astuces pour dynamiser sa recherche

L’objectif est de présenter toute une série de bonnes idées d’actions et de comportements à avoir en tête pour dynamiser sa recherche d’emploi et éviter les pièges les plus courants mais les moins visibles.

Il s’articule autour d’une vingtaine de conseils balayant les différents aspects de la recherche d’emploi :

- Optimiser et moderniser sa présentation personnelle (pitch, CV)

- Travailler sa visibilité sur le net (réseaux sociaux)

- Ne négliger aucun canal de recherche (annonces, Chasseurs de Tête, candidatures spontanées, missions…)

- Définir sa stratégie personnelle

- Opter pour une posture gagnante pour tenir la distance

- Renforcer son impact non verbal et vocal

Cet atelier s’inscrit en complément des ateliers approfondissant la présentation des « méthodes » : élaboration du projet, les outils de communication, l’écriture du CV, la démarche réseau, etc.

FORMAT : 1,30 h exposé + questions. Atelier animé par Chantal Nordmann.

Le workshop sera présenté en français, support en anglais, questions en français et en anglais.

Chantal Nordmann a construit ses 25 années de dirigeante dans le conseil, le marketing et le business opérationnel, au sein de groupes français et américains (Chanel, Coty et TN Sofres). Elle lance, pilote et digitalise plusieurs marques de cosmétiques.

Exécutive coach HEC et Directrice Associée au sein du cabinet Avenir Dirigeant, Chantal oriente sa carrière dans l’accompagnement des cadres dirigeants. Elle opte pour le métier de l’outplacement, ayant la conviction que la transition professionnelle est un réel tremplin de carrière. Elle écoute, conseille, stimule pour construire le projet qui fera sens pour le candidat, aujourd’hui et demain. Ses compétences en marketing, communication et réseaux constituent un véritable atout pour valoriser les dirigeants qu’elle accompagne.

The aim is to present a list of good ideas for actions and behaviors to keep in mind to boost your job search and avoid the most common but less obvious pitfalls.

It is structured around twenty tips covering various aspects of the job search:

- Optimize and modernize your personal presentation (pitch, CV)

- Work on your visibility on the net (social networks)

- Do not neglect any search channel (advertisements, headhunters, unsolicited applications, missions, etc.)

- Define your personal strategy

- Opt for a winning posture to go the distance

- Strengthen your non-verbal and vocal impact

This workshop is a complement to the workshops presenting the "methods" in greater depth: drawing up a project, communication tools, writing a CV, the network approach, etc.

FORMAT: 1.30 h presentation + questions. Workshop led by Chantal Nordmann.

The workshop will be held in French, the slides will be in English. Questions will be taken both in English and French.

Chantal Nordmann has built up her 25 years as a manager in consulting, marketing and operational business, within French and American groups (Chanel, Coty and TN Sofres). She launched, piloted and digitised several cosmetics brands.

As an HEC certified executive coach and Associate Director of the cabinet Avenir Dirigeant, Chantal focuses her career on supporting senior executives. She’s opted for a career in outplacement, convinced that professional transition is a real career springboard. She listens, advises, and stimulates to build the project that will make sense for the candidate, today and tomorrow. Her skills in marketing, communication and networking are a real asset to enhance the value of the managers she supports
