Learn how to use exercise as a tool to help eliminate chronic or post injury pain, protect yourself from future injury, improve posture and body composition, increase your strength, and increase your daily energy levels and your focus!
This workshop will have both discussion and light activity - so make sure to dress in comfortable clothing for movement and bring an exercise mat.
