As the working day ends on the shore the songs and stories begin. Come join Atlantic Voices as we make a little night music East-Coast style! At the End of a Down East Day features everything from traditional lullabies and wistful evening airs to lively kitchen-party tunes made for dancing through the night. The program includes songs by great Atlantic Canadian musicians such as Allister MacGillivray The Ennis Sisters The Fables Robbie Smith and Susan Crowe as well as works by celebrated Canadian choral composers such as Elise Letourneau Stuart Calvert and Mark Sirett. January 26 at Centretown United Church 507 Bank Street.
Doors open at 2:15 pm for pre-concert entertainment by the Fumblin' Fingers.
Concert 3:00 pm with reception to follow.
