Explore Nigerian and continental flavours in this 6 course tasting menu designed by FT and Chef Alex!

With 18 years of experience in the culinary world, Chef Alex merges his expertise in Mediterranean and Continental cuisine with FT's unique take on Nigerian food.

A scallop crudo dressed delicately with fermented persimmon, citrus and palm oil, braised beef cheeks with Maafe (West African peanut stew) and a charred okro "negi shio", to finish, an iru chocolate tart highlighting a rich umami forward ingredient - fermented locust bean - decadent chocolate and a tart pomegranate sorbet.

We'll have wines and non-alcoholic drinks throughout the night to wash down each course. This is not a menu you get to try anywhere else and we can't wait to feed you!
