For our next session we welcome Simran Moorjani whose hands-on approach to urban farming turns soil and saplings into something deeply personal. What began as a pandemic hobby quickly became a passion transforming her from a terrace gardener in Bombay to a small-scale farmer supplying over 15 varieties of tomatoes from her ½-acre farm Simbiosis.
This isn’t just about planting—it’s about getting your hands in the dirt feeling the weight of a living sapling as you transplant it into its new home and learning the quirks of soil and composting. You’ll mix your own soil blend learn the basics of growing food in small places take home a microgreen mat for an instant harvest and tuck away seeds for future growth.
And because no gathering is complete without food we’ll sit down to fresh unfussed salads built from what’s just been pulled from the farm—seasonal simple and honest. Cocktails made with fresh produce round out the afternoon as we eat drink and connect over the quiet magic of growing things.
