During this course Connor will go over everything you need to know to brew a great cup of coffee at home, as well as how to approach working with new coffees.
Topics will include:
- Reputable and reliable home brewing equipment
- Best brewing practices
- Practices and technique to identify and manipulate extraction
- Characteristics of different coffee varietals, processes, and roast profiles
The course is $40 per attendee and will include coffee during the course, a lite snack and a bag of Coffee Collective coffee to get you started. You will be charged at the end of the course.
