At Ease with UncertaintyA Meditative Gathering for People in their 20s and 30s
with Kate Siber & The Next Gen Group
Tuesday, February 11 from 6:00-7:30 p.m.
IN PERSON
Join us for a gathering for folks in their 20s and 30s (give or take a few years) to explore how to live well, with presence, authenticity, equanimity, and love, in the face of the great uncertainty of our lives and our world. We’ll take some time to introduce ourselves, practice meditation together, share experiences, inquire, discuss and connect. Come as you are!
This evening will be led by dharma leader Kate Siber with the support of the Next Gen spiritual friends group co-facilitators, Jon, Josh, Chase, Maria and Gabe. You are invited to come, whether you have been coming to the Next Gen Group or other Dharma Center offerings for a while or are brand new to the center and meditation.
If you’re able to sign up (for free), that would be great as it will give us an idea of who will show up. If you forget and would like to come, simply show up!
