Please arrive 10 minutes before the event to leave time to get settled in. Doors will lock promptly at starting time.
This is a residential neigborhood and there is plenty of street parking. Come through the double blue wooden doors on the left of the driveway, into a courtyard. The building entrance is straight ahead. Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided. Bring anything else you need to be comfy.
Please bring a journal to jot down some of your dream-like recollections after the sound bath and meditation.
