About this Event

Workshop Description

In this workshop, we will explore the map of the stars under which we were born. Each participant will choose to embroider the constellation of either their sun, moon, or rising signs (or that of another person if planning to make it a gift). This workshop is designed for all levels, so beginners will approach this project as a sampler and learn the essential, foundational embroidery stitches; intermediate and advanced participants can incorporate more complex stitches, or opt to embroider their entire Birth Chart. The resulting piece can be incorporated into a pillow, quilt, jacket, or framed.
