Each chakra frequency cultivates a unique atmosphere that fosters a sensitive perception of ourselves in integrative service for our family, others, the community, and our spiritual intuition, mirroring the meaning of the astrological houses.
2-Comprehension of how specific Emotional Environment determines life´s Sectors or Houses: 30min
Each of the specific environments is an invitation to the spheres in our lives where we interact by experimenting, integrating, and liberating stuck emotions, creating a sense of freedom and awareness.
3-Chakras Activation: 60min
Meditative practice using sound frequencies and chanting to activate the 7 Chakras, which are linked to the senses of the astrological houses and their meanings.
4-Creating the tool for Sensing Emotions in Life Sectors, according to your AstroChart: 30min.
While the chakras are activated, you can use your chart as a tool to perceive and interpret the emotional environment in your everyday life, and it becomes possible to perceive the relationship between our senses and the specific areas of life associated with emotions identified by the activation practice.
5- Final Alignment and Sharing: 30min
