Join yoga teacher Willa Paterson in and explore the ruler of the lower legs, ankles, circulatory system, and nervous system, Aquarius invites us to balance the energies of Structure and Change.
In this workshop we’ll reflect on themes associated with Aquarius the Water Bearer as we move through a practice that includes Yin, Flow, and Restorative.
Whether you’re an Aquarius or not doesn’t matter because we ALL have Aquarius somewhere in our chart. Connect with your inner Rebel and plant your (freak) flag.
Bring your curiosity, a journal and pen, water, and your yoga mat.
