This event is part lecture, part movement practice; an opportunity to explore the basics of each individual's birth chart. Participants will be taught about their own unique elemental distribution, the balance of yin versus yang energy in their energetic makeup, and poses and styles of working to help them balance their energy. Charts will be provided for anyone who submits their birth information in advance, and the session will include periods of conversation followed by periods of movement exploration. Astrology is an advanced form of one of the Yamas of yoga, "svadhyaya" (one's own reading of the soul, self study).
