A monthly soundscape event, connecting to the current zodiac sign. You will learn about the zodiac sign, and connect to its energies, using crystal singing bowls, gong vibrations, and infused Reiki healing.

We all ebb and flow with the four seasons, noticing our energy levels, and interests changing as we attune to the natural cycles of Mother Nature. But what about the energies of each zodiac sign? An Air sign will have you feeling very creative with a mind overflowing with thoughts compared to a Water sign that will have you feeling all the feels. They may be subtle differences but the energy changes and we are attuned to it, even subconsciously, changing with each monthly cycle of the wheel of zodiacs.

During our time together you will be hosted by Assunta, who will begin explaining the Archetype of the monthly zodiac, what this means for you in your birth chart, and how the energy will affect you.

You will then be guided through a soothing meditation to connect you to the energies of the current zodiac followed by an activating sound bath. Consisting of beautiful sounds from crystal singing bowls, and powerful vibrations from a gong infused with Reiki, allowing the sounds and vibrations to ripple over you, activating the power of each season.

You will then be brought back to the space from your deep relaxed state with a gentle meditation accompanied by soft and soothing koshi wind chimes, allowing yourself time to move and connect with your body gently.

You will feel confident and empowered in understanding the Astrological energies, what to expect, and how to use them to your advantage. Helping you navigate the elements of each archetype.

There will be tarot and affirmation cards for you to pull and take photos of to save and come back to as monthly guidance.

What to bring: Yourself, a journal if you wish to write down anything that comes up for you, and an open heart.

Assunta French is a jewellery designer, Reiki healer, and soundscape facilitator with a background in the Spa industry after training as a Beauty Therapist and working in various 5-star hotels.

Naturally drawn to the holistic side of the industry, Assunta dived into various trainings and learnings after her Spiritual awakening to understand more about life and assist others with their healing.
