AstriCon 2021

AstriCon's mission is to expand awareness and
knowledge of Asterisk over the course of a three-day
conference and exhibition. AstriCon includes a wealth
of information for every Asterisk user. From code
gurus to venture capitalists to social activists,
AstriCon brings together an astounding and vibrant
mixture of perspectives, goals, and outlooks. This year
we have added a Business track and will be hosting
training and educational tracks to help our partners
grow their business.

AstriCon 2021 Attendee Terms

Payment in full is required prior to admittance to the conference. Attendee may have a dollar-for-dollar credit towards another AstriCon conference. Credit must be used within two years from original registration date. Programs and speakers are subject to change without notice. Attendee registration is transferable. Registration fees are non-refundable except if Sangoma cancels or postpones as detailed below.

Sangoma reserves the right to cancel or postpone AstriCon if due to any of the following causes: by reason of the venue being damaged or destroyed by fire, act of God, public enemy, war, or insurrection, strikes, the authority of the law, pandemic, cancelled flights, act of government, or if AstriCon is canceled or postponed for any reason beyond the control of Sangoma. If AstriCon is not held for any of the foregoing reasons, Sangoma will automatically credit the amount paid by Attendee towards the AstriCon 2022. Attendee has the option to instead receive a reimbursement of the amount paid by Attendee, provided that Attendee notifies Sangoma within thirty (30) days of date of notice of cancellation that Applicant wishes to be reimbursed. Applicant must send the notice via email to Julie Webb, [email protected]. Failure to notify Sangoma within the thirty (30) day window via the required method shall result in Sangoma crediting the amount towards AstriCon 2022 and Attendee shall not be reimbursed.

Attendee acknowledges that AstriCon may be recorded, photographed, and reproduced in any form (including but not limited to digital formats), and hereby grants Sangoma, its Affiliates, and it’s third party contractors an absolute, perpetual, royalty free and irrevocable right to record, transcribe, modify, reproduce, publicly perform, display, distribute, redistribute, and transmit in any form and for any our purpose any such recording or photographs of AstriCon in which the attendee’s name, image, or likeness appears.
