This class will offer instruction on inducing out-of-body experiences (OBEs), also known as astral travel. We will cover various techniques, such as relaxation exercises, breathwork, and visualization, to help participants enter the state of consciousness where an OBE can occur.. We will cover the importance of safety and protection during astral projection, providing guidance on shielding oneself from potential negative influences or entities. We will also teach how to navigate the astral plane, interpret symbols and experiences encountered during astral projection, and understand the potential for personal growth and insight.
