Join us for this very special guided meditation that is designed to help you construct a stable Astral Temple. An Astral Temple is a personal inner refuge that exists beyond a single session of meditation. Unlike visualization exercises that must be rebuilt each time, an Astral Temple is a persistent thought-form and is a place to which you can return for grounding, restoration, and orientation, whether in daily life, during magickal work, or in liminal states of consciousness.
This class will focus on:
1. Entering the proper state for inner construction
2. Establishing structure and containment before aesthetics
3. Allowing the temple to form through duration rather than force.
4. Learning how to return and to strengthen the space over time.
This is not about "setting an intention and imagining a place," it is about learning how to build inner architecture that cdan hold you.
No prior experience with astral work is required, but this practice rewards patience, presence, and a willingness to let the work unfold at its own place.
You will leave with:
1. A first experience of your personal astral temple.
2. Practical tools to revisit and deepen it on your own.
3. A foundational skill that supports future magickal, contemplative, and grounding practices.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and/or blanket for sitting/lying on the floor, and bring a water bottle so you can keep hydrated.
