Simone Mayers is a radical healer and dynamic inspirationalist hailing originally from D.C. and rooted in her Indigenous Guyanese lineage. Simone spends a lot of her time exploring the range of healing mediums across the globe and transcends that wisdom to directly support her communities. A yoga & meditation teacher of 7+ years, and a Reiki practitioner for over 6, Simone offers a full spectrum approach to her energetic wellness services. She lovingly curates safe, sacred space for marginalized communities and is passionate about approaching her offerings from a trauma-informed, spiritually inclusive, heart-centered space.

Simone’s mission is to guide and hold space for the integration of ancestral and spiritual tools that are used to bring awareness, and thereby fullness, to social gaps caused by historically oppressive systems. She centers movement, body/mind connection, breathwork, and meditation in her offerings. Simone has a niche for guiding others in developing a custom formula for spiritual, mental, and emotional wellness.
