The annual collaboration between Winefest Des Moines and Ballet Des Moines returns for its fourth year with Assemblé, an intimate evening celebrating creativity, connection, and discovery through food, wine, and dance.

The evening unfolds as a carefully choreographed experience. Guests begin with a champagne reception featuring passed appetizers, serving as the first course of the night. An exclusive behind-the-scenes from Ballet Des Moines follows, setting the tone for the evening. Guests are then seated for a thoughtfully paired entrée curated by local chef Aaron Holt, followed by another live ballet performance. The experience concludes with dessert and exceptional wine.

This year’s Assemblé will highlight new work by Ballet Des Moines’ artistic director, Eric Trope, and introduce Olivia Valentine, the new Artist-in-Residence through a collaboration with the Greater Des Moines Public Art Foundation.

Blending culinary craftsmanship with expressive movement, Assemblé offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to experience art in all its forms.
