Join us for a morning of yoga, live music, mimosas, and light refreshments to raise money for an amazing organization, Adaptive Surf Project of NC. ALL your favorite things in just one morning for a fabulous cause! With your donation you will enjoy a gentle and refreshing yoga practice led by Kristina Lawrence while listening to the magical acoustic blends of Wes Rider. Light refreshments and mimosas will also be provided.

🧘 🎸 11:30-12:45: Open Levels gentle and refreshing yoga practice led to live acoustic music.
🚪 12:45-1:00: Photo ops and grab your ASPNC gear/info before you leave.

About ASPNC:
ASPNC is a non-profit organization that hosts several adaptive surf and kayaking events each year.
"We are a group of surfers, friends, water-lovers and overall searchers of the "perfect wave". With home base located in Morehead City, NC, we have banned together to build a community for our friends with disabilities. It's simple. We just want to share our love of the ocean and surfing with everyone. Whether you can surf on your own or you need a tandem buddy, our goal is to show our friends with disabilities that nothing is impossible."

About Wes Rider Acoustic:
Wes Rider is a singer, songwriter and storyteller, who plays a variety of popular music from the 60’s through the present day.
Wes plays classic rock, folk, blues and outlaw country songs intermixed with a few original tunes and stories about growing up in Eastern NC, and the adventures of his youth. At times he will improvise songs from scratch during live performances.
His approach to songwriting has been greatly influenced by John Prine, Robert Hunter, Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan and other great lyricists of our time. Wes plays solo and with a collaborative project titled The Sea Dog Collective, which is made up of a rotating cast of very talented musicians.

About your yoga instructor: Kristina Lawrence OTR/L, 200hr. RYT, and co-owner of Elevate Yoga and Wellness Studio
Kristina Lawrence is an Occupational Therapist with over 28 years of experience. Kristina completed her 200hr YTT in 2011 with the intention of creating a harmonious blend of Eastern and Western therapeutic practices to help others find balance and healing with both the body and mind. Other certifications acquired by Kristina include myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, sound healing, yin yoga, yoga nidra, kinesio-taping, and more.
