The finer details:
- Two savory and one sweet food truck are permitted at each event
- Event attendance is expected to be 1,000+ at each event
- If a duplicate food use signs up for the same event, the latter will be notified within 7 days and canceled
- Food trucks must have a permit from South Metro Fire
- Food trucks must provide Aspen Grove with a certificate of insurance
