KALI - Mother Goddess of Time & Death: Without darkness, we cannot see light - without death, we cannot understand life. In this month's two-hour class, we will learn about Kali, a major Hindu goddess associated with creation, time, and change, as well as power, destruction, and death. Don't let the dark terms or the fierce artistic portrayals of Kali fool you - there's much more to her than meets the eye. (She's even influenced some pretty famous rock bands in their day!)
